Whittal: Marilyn Kathleen (née.Haskell)
A resident of Chatham, Marilyn Whittal passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance - Chatham Campus on June 13, 2023 at the age of 86.
Born in Merlin, Marilyn was the daughter of Douglas and Catherine (née Tasker) Haskell.
Beloved wife of 49 years to Roy Whittal.
Survived by Three Sons, Larry of Wallaceburg (Janet Kelly), Brian of Chatham, (Karen Whittal), and Robert of Thamesville (Marie Whittal).
Forever loved by her 13 Grandchildren, and 26 Great-Grandchildren, and 3 Great Great-Grandchildren.
Survived by brother Jackie Haskell (Barb) of Chatham. Pre-deceased by Brothers Jerry "Bill" Haskell of Chatham, Harlow Haskell of Merlin, Jimmy Haskell (Linda) of Chatham, and her sister Sherry LLoyd (Joey) of Merlin.
Visitation for Marilyn will take place Thursday June 15th, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. A funeral service will take place on Friday June 16th, 2023 at 10:00 a.m at McKinlay Funeral Homes at 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham ON.
Concluding the Funeral service at McKinlay Funeral Home the Interment will be held at Merlin Cemetery.
A luncheon will follow at the Merlin Legion.
Donations made in memory of Marilyn to the Children's Treatment Centre of Chatham-Kent would be appreciated by the family.
