MacLachlan: Ruth Eileen (Smith) -
Ruth MacLachlan, a resident of Ridgetown, passed away peacefully with her family at her side at the Chatham-Kent Hospice on Thursday, June 22, 2023 at the age of 80.
Loved by children David (Jen), Darcy (Teresa) and Lori Rose (Wilf).
Predeceased by her husband Donald MacLachlan and parents Marguerite and Ralph Smith and grandson Patrick.
She leaves her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and several very special nieces and nephews.
Dear sister of Deanna Tousignant (Ron), Karen Tengelits, Gary Smith (Michelle).
Ruth has requested a private funeral and keeping with those wishes, there will be no visitation.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation.
