Obituary of Diane Trudell
Peacefully at her residence surrounded by family on Monday July 3 2023.
Diane leaves behind her loving and devoted husband of 19 years, Rick and cherished daughter Tammy Brooks (Jeff).
Best Nana to granddaughters Sydnee and Megan Brooks of whom she loved and adored so very much.
Sister to Tracy Adams (Gord) and aunt of Emily Campbell (Ruddy).
Diane is also survived by former husband and friend Paul McNaughton.
Diane is predeceased by her son, Daniel (Dan) McNaughton, parents Margaret (nee Morden) and William (Bill) Copeland, and twin brother Denis Copeland, also grandparents Irene and Aldridge Morden, Mary and Basil Copeland.
Missed by many extended family and friends.
Mom devoted her life as a caregiver for over 30 years at Meadow Park Nursing Home until her illness forced retirement in 2016. Diane enjoyed spending time at home with her cat, MinMin and with her granddaughters and family. She loved listening to 50's & 60's music, puttering around the garden, rearranging furniture and hosting family in her home. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the staff of Bayshore, Windsor Regional - Metropolitan Campus Cancer Clinic and Dr. Jennifer MacKinnon for their unwavering support and compassion over the years.
As per Diane's wishes, cremation has taken place with a Private Family Interment at a later date.
