Worth: Theodore "Teddy" -
A resident of Chatham, Teddy Worth passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at the age of 49.
Born in Chatham, Teddy was the son of the late Theodore Worth, Sr. and the late Elsie Hurst (nee Rumble) (Richard).
Loving father to Kendra and Paris. Dearly missed by the mother of his children, Krista LaRue.
Bonus Dad to Kristen Crosby, Llarissa List, Deion List and McKayla Mayhew.
Proud grandfather of many grandchildren.
Brother to Teresa Hanson (Will), Owen Cooper (Mary), Brian Cooper (Sharon), Chris Cooper and the late Dan Worth.
Also missed by many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
Ted "Get Your Money's" Worth boxed professionally around the world. He shared his passion by coaching youth in the community for many years. Teddy loved his family deeply and enjoyed living life to the fullest. He will always be remembered by his daughters for his loving and caring nature.
Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Friday, July 14, 2023 from 12:00pm until the Funeral Service at 1:00p.m. Private family Interment to follow. A live-stream of the service will be available on the website.
Donations made in memory of Teddy to Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated by the family.
