Later on she applied herself to a successful career at the Board of Education in Brantford, and Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs at the Ridgetown College. She enjoyed being on the water - boating, fishing and cooking up a famous homemade dinner. Mom loved nature and living in the country feeding the birds and any other animals that would find themselves on the beautiful property they owned . Geraldine may be gone from this world; however, she lives on in the stories and memories she has left with all those she touched during her lifetime. Thank-you Mom for the laughs, the adventures and most of all the love you gave to those around you.

Cremation has taken place with a Private Interment to take place in Morpeth Cemetery in the spring.
