Denomy: Nancy Anne (née Dawson)
A resident of Thamesville, Nancy Denomy passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance - Chatham Campus on February 8, 2024 at the age of 83.
Born in Chatham, Nancy was the daughter of Ted and Victoria (née Leguis) Dawson. Beloved wife of 40 years to Paul Denomy (2022).
She will be lovingly remembered by her children Victoria (John) Evans of Windsor, Bill (Lori) Fox of Temagami, Teri (Mark) Williams of Essex, and Chuck Fox (2022). Nancy's memory will be cherished by her close family member Sherry (Rick) of Essex.
Nancy was a proud grandma and gg to Shawn, Brandon, Lacie (Jay), Steven (Lindsay), Phillip, Sarah, Laura (Dustin), Mark (Brianna), Kevin, and John Paul. She was a loving great-grandmother to 17.
Predeceased by her siblings Tom, Jim, Shirley, and Patsy. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family.
Mom enjoyed spending time with family around the pool. She could often be found gardening. She enjoyed the nature in her back yard, and will be remembered by her love of butterflies and bird watching. Her favorite saying was "It's three O'clock somewhere". She shined up until the very end, fly high mama.
Donations made in memory of Nancy to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
