Lloyd: Madeleine Rosemarie (née Grisé) -
A resident of Chatham, Madeleine Lloyd passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on February 14, 2024 at the age of 82.
Born in Charlton, Madeleine was the daughter of the late Albany and Rose (née Gaboury) Grisé.
Reunited with her first husband Romeo Joseph and has left behind loving husband and partner Ron Lloyd.
Loving mother to Monique Stuivenberg (Ryan), Joanne Vouriot (Pierre) and Claire Ryan (Dave). Step-mother to Deanna Caron (Al), Tracy Lloyd (Dennis Wellman) and Shawn Lloyd.
Caring Mémère to Ronald Goudreau, Christine Goudreau, Sean Ryan, Joel Ryan, Erin Caron and Laura Stuivenbreg.
Great- grandmother to Seth, Kael, Jemma and Wesley.
Loving sister to three brothers and four sisters.
She will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Madeleine was a big advocate for helping her community by volunteering with St. Vincent de Paul and the Capitol Theater. She loved to travel and was always ready to try new things that the world had to offer with her soulmate and life partner Ron. She loved and lived her life to the fullest.
Family will receive friends at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 52 Croydon Street, Chatham on Monday, February 19, 2024 from 10:00 am until the Service at 11:00 am.
In keeping with Madeleine's wishes cremation has taken place.
Donations made in memory of Madeleine to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
