Smyth: Lonnie Royce-
A resident of Kent Bridge, Lonnie Smyth passed away at home with his loving family at his side on March 25, 2024 at the age of 60.
Born in Chatham, Lonnie was the son of the late Jim Webb and Mary (née Boyes) Smyth.
Beloved husband of 42 years to Laura (née Jackson).
Caring father to Scott (Becky), Stacey (Rob), and Brian (Katelyn).
Loving grandfather to 17.
Brother to Roy (Darlene), Lula, Doris (Terry) Murray (Chris), Mary, Ruth (Don), Jim (Cathy) Tracy (Dave) Cheryl (Rob) and Ric.
Predeceased by siblings Sam and Larry and grandson Austin.
Lonnie was a dedicated family man, best friend to many, he was a lover of cars and you could always find him working in the garage or relaxing by his pond.
You will always be in my heart - Love Laura always and forever.
Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 76 Main Street East, Ridgetown on Saturday, March 30, 2024 from 1:00 - 3:00pm.
Donations made in memory of Lonnie to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
