"Miss. Nina" Willena Lynn Harris-
A resident of Chatham, Nina Harris passed away on Friday, July 12, 2024 at the age of 61.
Born in Tillsonburg, Nina was the daughter of the late Brian Harris and Gladys (née Langhor) Wencel.
Loving sister to Bonnie, Brian (Janet), Brenda (Gary), Debra, Rich, and Lisa (Louis).
Predeceased by brother Barry.
Nina will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews, and friends, especially Anna, Michelle, Donna, Lou, and Dave.
Nina was very proud to be an Early Childhood Educator and found tremendous joy in being a nanny for many families for over 30 years. Her passion was Nascar and dirt racing, she loved cheering on her brother-in-law and family friends with every Saturday night race. Nina was an avid reader and found Immense joy celebrating with her family at gatherings.
In keeping with Nina's wishes, cremation has taken place. Family will be receiving guests at McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St Clair Street, Chatham on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 from 11:00 am until a Memorial Service at 12:00 pm.
Donations made in memory of Nina to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation would be appreciated by the family for the outstanding care that Nina received.
