Crow: Beatrice Elizabeth (née Marchand) -
A resident of Prairie Siding, Beatrice Crow passed away peacefully at home on Monday, August 19, 2024 at the age of 89.
Born in Chatham, Bea was the daughter of the late Telesphore and Ida (née Reaume) Marchand.
Beloved wife of the late Richard Crow (2017).
Loving mother of the late Wayne Crow (Cindy), William Crow (Denise), Reginald Crow (DeeDee), Mark Crow (Cheryl), Deborah Parker (Parry) and Nancy Moyes (late Matthew).
Proud Grandma of Samantha Crow (Sarah); Barry Crow (Melissa), Jennifer Crow (Eric), Matthew Jenkins (Justine); Stephanie Crow (Saun), Stacey Crow; Lisa Crow (Mitch), Michael Crow (Michelle); Carrie Unternahrer (Matthew), Curtis Parker (Jade); Melissa Crow-Soucek (Jerry), Brian Moyes, Ethan Moyes and Kaylynn Moyes.
Great-Grandma to several great-grandchildren.
Dear sister to Bill Marchand (Helen), the late Don Marchand and Rose May Pratt (Wouter).
Also missed by many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
Bea was fortunate enough to live in her home for her entire life. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking, ceramics and spending time with her family.
Bea and Richard loved playing in euchre tournaments together.
As per Bea's wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Special thanks to Nurse Ethel, PSWs Krista and Sandra and the staff at the VON for their care and compassion over the years.
Donations made in memory of Bea to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Diabetes Association or Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
